The birth of TurboStars Group is deeply rooted in the desire for an inclusive, transparent, compassionate running league which
promotes athletes, aspiring athletes, youth/adult beneficiaries and communities first, with commercial interests taking a
subsidiary level of priority. To clarify, TurboStars Group comprises the following symbiotic divisions:
* TurboStars League - running league, event coordinator, coaching and promoter of amateur, semi-pro and pro running disciplines
* TurboStars - net - technology management and membership running club networking
* TurboStars - org - mentorship program administration + community outreach & engagement management
* TurboStars - elite - promotion of elite and aspiring elite runners + training camp management
* BrandGlow Marketing - promotion and maintenance of Group events, websites, social media and merchandising

Compliance Policy Statement
TurboStars Group (TSG) and the organizations under TSG ownership or control (collectively referred to as "TSG") are dedicated to
maintaining excellence and integrity in all aspects of their operations and their professional and business conduct.The
Compliance Program is intended establish a culture within TSG that promotes prevention, detection and resolution of conduct
that does not conform to the law or TSG’s ethics and business policies. TSG is committed to high ethical standards and compliance
with all governing laws and regulations not only in the delivery of sport administration and management but in its business
affairs and its dealings with employees, administrative staff, contractors, athletes, coaches, mentorship participants, running
clubs, sponsors, vendors and the communities TSG serves. It is the personal responsibility of all who are associated with TSG to
honor this commitment in accordance with the terms of the TSG Corporate Compliance Program, the Code of Conduct, and related
policies, procedures and standards developed and it is the responsibility of TSG to encourage, support routinely update this
commitment and associated documents.
